Scope

New Features
This version of the scripts introduced the following components for the first time:
- seda-sensors to show a readout of the systems temperature and power sensors.
- seda-dynamicwall to change the system wallpaper based on the system temperature.
- seda-status to show the systems readiness status.
- seda-benchmark to test the systems performance.
- seda-about to show system information.
