seda-scale is a component of Seda's Enhancements, introduced in SE7.

Purpose

Resize/Scale a Video will allow you to upscale or downscale a video. The output quality is a matter of debate, but this option is present for those that would like to try it. This does not use any machine learning; it is a raw upscale or downscale.

Requirements

It is suggested only to use this on high end processors. But if you absolutely need the feature, it will work on everything from the K8 and up, it will just take longer.

Graphical

Media Archive & Playback → Convert Media → Resize/Scale a Video

Terminal

Run it from the terminal from the target folder with images you want to scale using seda-scale --batch 1920. This would resize all videos in that folder to 1920 pixels wide and an appropriate vertical resolution for their aspect ratio. The "1920" can be customized according to what you need.
